Welcome to Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.



1. Services Overview

Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics provides custom apparel, embroidery, printing, and graphic design services for individuals, businesses, and organizations.

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.



2. Order Process & Approval
    •    Customers must review and approve all designs, mockups, sizes, colors, and order details before production begins.
    •    Approval confirms that all information is accurate and final.
    •    Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics is not responsible for errors approved by the customer (including spelling, sizing, placement, or color).



3. Payments & Pricing
    •    Full or partial payment is required before production begins.
    •    Prices are subject to change without notice.
    •    Custom quotes are valid for a limited time (typically 7 days unless otherwise stated).

Deposits:
    •    Any required deposit is non-refundable and secures your order and production slot.



4. Production & Turnaround Time
    •    Production times vary based on order size, complexity, and material availability.
    •    Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed but will be communicated.
    •    Delays may occur due to high order volume, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.



5. Shipping & Delivery

    •    Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
    •    Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics is not responsible for:
    •    Carrier delays
    •    Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.



6. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
    •    Custom orders are final sale.
    •    Refunds or replacements are only issued for defective or incorrect items caused by our error.



7. Intellectual Property

    •    Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted.
    •    Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement on customer-provided materials.

We reserve the right to:
    •    Refuse any design that is offensive, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights
    •    Use completed work for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing



8. Design Ownership
    •    Custom designs created by Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics remain our intellectual property unless otherwise purchased or agreed upon in writing.
    •    Final products are for customer use, not resale of the design itself without permission.



9. Cancellations & Changes
    •    Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of payment, if production has not started.
    •    Once production begins, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.



10. Limitation of Liability

Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics is not liable for:
    •    Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    •    Loss of profits, business, or opportunities
    •    Customer errors in submitted or approved designs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.



11. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:
    •    Inappropriate or offensive content
    •    Harassment or abusive behavior
    •    Violation of these Terms



12. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue.

Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in:
    •    Denial of future services
    •    Submission of documentation to dispute the claim



13. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and business operations. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., shipping carriers).



14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.



15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
