Thank you for choosing Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics. Each order is carefully crafted to meet your specifications. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
• All items are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.
• Standard processing time is 5–10 business days after final design approval and payment.
• Larger or bulk orders may require additional time.
Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
2. Production Timeline
• Production begins only after:
• Full payment (or required deposit) is received
• Final design/mockup is approved
Delays in approval may affect turnaround time.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Package weight
• Destination
• Selected shipping method
We may ship via major carriers such as:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
4. Estimated Delivery Time
• Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after production is complete.
• Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Local Pickup (If Applicable)
• Local pickup may be available for customers in the DFW area.
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready.
• Valid ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped:
• We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the shipping carrier when possible.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
We will review and provide a resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. Order Tracking
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
• Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress
10. Multiple Shipments
Large or bulk orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment.
11. International Shipping (If Applicable)
• International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination
• Customers are responsible for:
• Customs fees
• Duties or import taxes
