Refund & Return Policy

At Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are subject to the following policy:



1. Custom Orders (No Refund Policy)

All custom-made items (including apparel, embroidery, printing, and graphic design) are final sale.
    •    No refunds or exchanges will be issued once production has begun.
    •    Customers are responsible for approving all designs, sizes, colors, and details prior to production.
    •    By approving your order, you acknowledge that all information is correct.



2. Order Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, customers will receive a mockup or order summary (when applicable).
    •    It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details carefully.
    •    Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics is not responsible for errors approved by the customer (including spelling, sizing, placement, or color choices).



3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly correct any order that is:
    •    Defective due to workmanship (e.g., printing/embroidery errors)
    •    Incorrect due to an error made by our team

To qualify:
    •    You must notify us within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.
    •    Provide clear photos of the issue with order number.


Resolution Options:
    •    Replacement of the item
    •    Store credit (at our discretion)



4. Non-Custom Items:

For non-custom or ready-made items:
    •    Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery
    •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs



5. Order Cancellations
    •    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment, if production has not started
    •    After 24 hours or once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded



6. Shipping Issues

Eden’s Custom Apparel & Graphics is not responsible for:
    •    Delays caused by shipping carriers
    •    Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.



7. Deposits & Payments
    •    Deposits (if required) are non-refundable
    •    Full or partial payments secure your order and production slot

Chargebacks & Disputes:
By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Any chargebacks filed without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in refusal of future service.
